- New Negotiate / Kerberos Support: When inventorying Windows devices, not only NTLM but also Kerberos is now used. By default, NTLM authentication is still attempted first; if it fails, there is a fallback to Kerberos. The new command-line parameters
//Authentication Kerberosand//Authentication NTLMallow enforcing the use of a specific method without fallback. - Offline Agent: Version 9.5: Improved behavior during self-update: Preventing automatic reboots. Note: This change will only apply to future updates (e.g., to Offline Agent Version 9.6).
- Portable Version: Improvements in determining the paths to be copied: Increased reliability when accessing via the command line.
- Custom Properties: The add icon in the management interface of custom properties is now always visible.
- Data View: Deleting and archiving assets no longer causes the current table view to jump to the top – the scroll position is retained.
- Info Widget:
- Improved reliability when displaying printer information.
- Conversion of timestamps from UTC time is now correct.
- Editing a peripheral device no longer clears the “Owner” field in certain scenarios.
- Duplicating nodes no longer copies previously removed filters in the data view.
- Dark Mode: Highlighted text in the tree view is more readable.
- Warranty Data: Querying with Fujitsu now works correctly again.
- Topology
- High DPI Mode: Shape text editor is now properly formatted.
- In the list of deleted items, the name is now displayed again for shapes where a formula was stored in the shape text editor.
- License Management:
- License status calculation with restricted rights: The result of the calculation is now displayed in the interface without requiring a reload.
- The option to test usage statistics while creating a product is no longer available. The product must first be fully created, and then the setting can be tested in the product configuration.
- When publishing the portable version, there is now an option to open the port of the Inventory Service in the Windows Defender Firewall, so the remote scanner can be used from the client even with the firewall enabled.
- Azure AD Capture: Fixed an issue when reading accounts that need to change their password at the next login.
- Improved detection of the product key for Office 2024.
- Node Properties: The selection of “Show subnodes from” now works reliably again.
- LOGINfo.exe: The dmp folder is no longer created when executed.
- VMware Scan: Increased reliability when setting custom properties.
- SNMP Capture: It is now possible to specify a context using the new command-line parameter
/snmpcontext CONTEXT. - Linux Capture: Improvements in retrieving graphics card information.
